Fair Warning

Just wanted to give any Kansas hunters fair warning that after Thanksgiving there will not be any roosters left in Stevens or Seward county.

Reason being is my GSP and I will be passing through and after we take our limit the rest of the Roosters will get wind of us and hightail it to safer refuge...like Oklahoma.

Also if anyone in SW Kansas would like to receive shooting lessons while I am in the area I have posted a thread in the "Hunting Group Builder" forum listing the pre-requisites of potential students. Ya'll would have to be able to talk Texan though or you will not be able to understand a thing I am saying.

I will be offering a holiday special also with the first lesson free.;)

I married a Texan, so it is perfectly acceptable for me to say what I am about to..... :)

You can always tell a Texan, you just can't tell them much.

Good luck. :)

You did not finish that sentence so I will assist.

you just can't tell them much.. they do not already know.
:D

I just left that area yesterday. The word must be out. I have never seen such a mass migratiion of birds headed west for Colorado. They were just crossing into Morton County by the gazillions. Flying, walking, hitchhiking, any way they could to get out of town. If they don't come back this spring we will be out of birds. Back to varmit hunting if they don't all go too.
