I am proud to announce the teaming of Friedelsheim GSPs for this breeding: Thunder and Luci. If you have ever seen Thunder in action he is truly a stud and not easily forgotten.
These strong line puppies are expected to be born around the mid-late October. We will want to place these pups into good home life and hunting/testing families. They will excel in NAVDHA, AKC and other venues. These pups will come NAVDHA and AKC registered. We are taking deposits.
Thunder is the son of VC Jacob vd Westwind MH and Sundance Dixie Chick UT I. He is a consistent performer in the field and water and has all the necessary characteristics required in a versatile hunting dog. His points in the field are picture perfect with the high head and tail and his desire in the water is relentless. Thunder has been hunted on a variety of upland and waterfowl birds. Whether we are hunting ducks and geese here at home in Maryland or hunting the prairies of the mid-west to the Appalachian grouse woods he has proven his versatility time and time again. He is truly a great dog to be around.
Luci is my pride and joy. She is the daughter of VC Sharp Shooter’s Man In Black and Callie Vom Friedelsheim. She is a good size (58) female who always attracts attention no matter where we train whether it is for a super cooperation, powerful water and field work. I have been told her nose is money. She is a dog that has no quit when giving a command. She also was blessed with that so called switch from a hunting machine to a calm loving house dog. Since the time I had her, I was shooting birds over her at 15 weeks old and retrieving to hand and braking ice to retrieve ducks at age of 7 months of age. She scored a 112 NA and 201 UT on her 2nd birthday to the day. I am very proud as being a 1st time handler, this qualified us to run in Invitational in 2012 and we definitely will.
