Doves Hit with New 625 Citori

My new 625 Citori shot real nice on doves on Sept. 1. It's always a gamble to buy a gun after merely shouldering it a few times at the store. It's elevated rib seems to make the gun come up just right for me. Not sure about the double beads -- sight it so there is one bead or so they are stacked? I am going to pattern it before fall turkey season.

BC,

its a great gun. Glade to hear it fits you. It is a gamble. Is it not a joy, when it all, works out for the better? Now go kill some turk's and pheasants with it, and it will, find a place in your heart, and gun safe.:D

Moe,

I think you are right. I concentrate on the bead i will miss every time.

A few years ago, took my elderly dad to a put and shoot place. bought him a brand new shootgun, browning silver. The bead poped off, He could not shoot with out the bead. I let him shoot my benelli monte, he did great. And i had now problem shooting the browning silver with no bead. I sight down the rib. Works for me. I just can't make that bead work for me. anybody else find the same thing?

Point and shoot for me, I have used the bead for long range, big size shot, on geese but only rarely. Its funny but I rarely use my sites for shooting my work pistol.
