You will need a permit from CPW to train and release birds at Banner Lakes.

Thanks Upland Hunter. I just need interpretation so that a guy like me can understand. ;-)
Seems like the regs are a bit complex ...
At Cobb Lake SWA, I get my bird release permit, then show up and train ... Banner on the other hand grrrr .... North of 52, South of 52 some months, no training during other months that start with J, but only if the numerical month is not evenly divisible by 3. ;-) I am the last person who wants to get into trouble, and always feel a bit leery of going there to train in the event that I missed Sec 43, paragraph 2 of the regs. :laugh:
