DNR dinner meeting, spending

Any one know where to find out whats up with the DNR dinner meetings at MN resorts.?? I saw a article that stated they were spending a ridiculas amount of our money at these meetings for dinners etc. I am wondering if this is true. There spending should be public record I would think.
 
I don't know where to find that but perhaps contact the state office. However, I did get to meet and listen to Tom Landwehr at the State Convention for PF and I think we have a wonderful new leader of the DNR. He is a sportsman and a conservationist. This could be great times for the DNR.
