CRP and habitat loss question

Maybe PD can add some input here?

1. What is the current number of CRP acres in Kansas?
2. Are KS farmers as in many other states pulling out of CRP contracts and plowing fence row to fence row?
3. With corn prices down to $4 or less.....how will this affect habitat moving forward?
4. Will the trend of aggressive farming and habitat loss continue or will CRP programs make a comeback?
