Hunted there several times in past years, and speaking with others, last year it was VERY wet as you stated. Likely heavily affected nesting. A few friends hunted a weekend there last year and it was very poor. Aberdeen and south was much better last year comparably. Same private land owner near Aberdeen mentioned seeing good brood counts this summer. In my opinion, that pothole region has always been hit or miss.
