Cfritz, I may be wrong but from what I understand you can't hunt in China. I have heard of local Chinese people trapping pheasants and using methods other than shoting birds with guns. Again, I may be mistaken. Sorry I can't help any further. -1pheas4
You might want to do some research on Chinese restrictions on foreigner workers. Your freedom to do most anything is regulated and restricted. I spent a couple of months there on a project and it was like having a nosey mother-in-law looking over your shoulder all the time.
You might as well put any thoughts of touching a firearm out of your mind while you are in country. If you do not we may be reading about your efforts to get released from custody.
Beautiful country, great people and great food so enjoy it. The only good thing you can say about their government policies and workers though is it makes ours look stellar.
Beautiful country - not really, if you love nature and the outdoors
Great People - yes, the people are friendly and hard working
Great Food - well maybe, but hygiene is not the best - be careful
Best chances to hunt outside of North America (not including the Dark Continent): UK, Czech Republic, Argentina and New Zealand.

Brittman, my uncle goes over there for business every once in a while. He told me you can pick your own live meal out from behind a resturant window and the resturant will kill and cook it for you right there. The down fall is the live meal is a room full of cats and dogs
I guess I'm just adding to your "warning" about Hygiene (LOL)
