How many times does it need to flood in Iowa before we start to make real change to help prevent flooding? Sand bags aren't flood control, how bout buffers, wetlands, and other measures.

Flooding is inevitable. Maybe build out of the flood plain? Or build a ark!!! Well it keeps the sand bag manufactures in business. Good Luck!

A number of years back my friend moved to Cedar Falls and his road to his house floods every spring and every large rain. I always thought it odd. But you guys do have good bird hunting in that state. Good luck to ya
