Have you tried going to the FWP office to get info on Block Management? You can also get info on the Upland Game Bird Enhancement Program. I don't know what there is in Region 3, but that's a good place to start. The books will give a map showing where the BMA's are located. They also tell you what hunting opportunities are available on that BMA. Then you can get online to the FWP website to get maps and directions to the sign in boxes or phone numbers of people you have to contact to make reservations to hunt. They usually have maps at the FWP office too. Type I BMA's don't require landowner permission, just sign in at the boxes. Type II BMA's require landowner permission. Hopefully this helps get you started.
