Blast and Cast for Turkey and Trout

Hoping to bag a big tom and hook up some trout in two weeks. I'll be in turkey management unit 1 to hunt the opener on the 14th which is the next to last day of the Kansas stocked trout season. Hope to hook up some trout at Webster on the 14th or 15th.

Of sorts. Stocked trout in cold weather in selected locations. Lake Shawnee in Shawnee County has an established trout population due to its depth, the only such place in Kansas. Nothing to compare to your state's where I venture every summer to cast flies upon the beautiful waters.
