Anyone willing to guide us?

This will be my 3rd season of pheasant hunting with my 2 teenage sons. We got hooked in November of 2016 when we got lucky enough to bag a rooster within an hour of arriving on our first trip out near Burlington. No experience and no dogs, but we had some good coaching from a friend. Needless to say, we have not seen that kind of success since. We're pretty good at kicking up hens but I'm guessing we need dogs and/or more experience for those roosters. Is anyone looking for some enthusiastic company?
 
Where are you located? Assume you are looking for hunting partners with some experience vs an actual "guide ". I enjoy meeting new people, especially with youngsters. Just hunt public usually.
