Hope everyone has been getting into some birds in the old dairy land. Let’s hear about it.
Went out shortly last Sunday afternoon and saw 5 hens and one rooster. Had some great tracking work by the dog, but I didn’t put up my end of the bargain with the gun work. It’s fun watching dogs progress through the years. She’s 3 and has naturally gotten better with her scent work every year.
Probably won’t get out a ton this year with twin little ones now so gotta soak in my time out. But, the milo that I planted is looking good, so hopefully I’ll have a pic with a big rooster next to it coming up!
