    Looking at the weather up where I’ll be hunting today. Wind blowing 50mph and minus 7 windchill. Yikes. At what temperature, if any, do I need to consider putting a vest or something on my springer to keep her warm? I’m also assuming hunting in 50mph winds is a no-go.

    Thanks yall. Dog is a Springer. I am planning on bringing my boot dryer. Boots are Danner un-insulated 8’’ waterproof. Have read as long as I have good socks, then I should be okay but open to other thoughts. Coming up from Texas and have zero experience with that level of potential cold.
