You dont have to shoot as quickly as you think. Get over the startling fact of the flush . Raise your gun smoothly and let your pattern have time to open to the choke your shooting. If I use a 12 over pointing dogs its cyl choke. A 20 is mod . A 16 is imp and mod or full in a sxs . Just slow...

Absolutely shoot them. Most all 28 ga are 1300 fps. You can find 1200 fps on occasion. Most are 3/4 oz. Even in the 13s.

Ive had both , dont have either now, but they asked about under 1k. I do have 2 Dickinsons, love them both but are 2k and up.

CZ, Tri Star, are under 1k mostly

Be careful on the whole sxs want. I had a freind who shamed me for my autos . Said I needed to be more traditional. I bought a Ugartechia 20 ga . Loved it now there are 11 sxs's in my safe. Foxs , Uggies and Dickinsons. Love em all. You've been warned!! Lol!
