I’d start looking at a Beretta SP1 or a Browning 725/825. Fausti, Rizzini, Cesar Guerini it all depends on how much you want to spend.

That’s a good question, there a husband wife team at my retriever club that have been using them for a long time without issue, they shoot 725’s though, they like it, Ive got numerous boxes of hevi-shot hevi pheasant, they used to troll this site pretty hard. Its ok but I just don’t shoot steel...
