    Live Pheasant Photos

Here’s one that wasn’t too bothered by the truck. They are so fun to watch.

    Bird sightings

First trip to Milford. Really didn’t see a lot of birds but didn’t hunt that hard either. Did a lot of driving around to do some scouting. Weather was beautiful and was lucky enough to scratch out a limit.

    15 Minutes...

Those kind of hunts are so amazing, but then you hop back in the truck and wonder what are you going to do all day. it always feels a little bittersweet when you get a quick limit. Nice looking pack you got there!!!

    Hemp/CBD Oil for Dogs

I've got my dog on cytopoint as well. Previously on apoquel. He seems to be a lot more comfortable with the cytopoint. It's been a battle the last two years with his allergies He's 10 and they just seemed to come out of nowhere. To get back to dakotazeb's original question, I tried the CBD...

    Let’s talk chaps

I have a pair of Filson single tins that I absolutely love. They are pretty frayed around ankles after about 5 years, but they served me well. I bought a pair of the double tins before last season and just did not like them. Found them too heavy, bulky and hot. Actually gave them to a friend...

    Seat Covers For Truck

All, Looking to buy some seat covers for my RAM 2500. Don't want to break the bank, and hopefully not a 2 hour project to put on. If they are washable would be a plus to. Don't hate on me for letting my dog ride in the cab.... Would appreciate any recommendations, or brands to stay...

    What size shot???

I would go with 7 1/2's. You are just going to have to pick and choose your shots with pheasants, and try to resist the urge to take those long distance shots. My dad used to tell me, if you walk a little farther you'll get another one that looks just like the one you passed up... Good luck!!!

    dog catches a pheasant

Seems to happen to me once or twice a year. Also, seems like it's always a hen, and usually on super cold days. Fortunately, my setter has a soft mouth so I'm usually able to get them out of his mouth and they fly off.
