    Costs for Shipping

I recently have been looking for shells at Boss and RST. I was SHOCKED at just how much RST charges for shipping vs. Boss. Is it just me or is the difference significant? I looked at case pricing, as well as for a few boxes, etc. and was just stunned. RST needs to take a hard look at their...

    Non Toxic requirements

KC I hear ya. I only shoot it in limited amounts through my 1944 and 1905 LC Smith guns. I shoot RST lead through them as their primary shells. I won't shoot the Boss through my old London gun. I am more concerned with the headstock than I am the frame and barrels. I really need RST to get back...

    Non Toxic requirements

I am shooting their Legacy loads through my guns because they are loaded to lower pressures as I understand it.

Just shoot a SxS with Boss and be done! LOL

    New shotgun barrel length

Being a bit taller, I like the longer barrels because the shorter 26" feel whippy to me and I don't feel as confident in my swing.

    Retirement gift for me!

I am trying to get the one my uncle has in 16ga... I for sure would hunt with it! That action is so smooth.

    Retirement gift for me!

That is funny... I showed up for a charity trap shoot one afternoon with my 1905 LC Smith 12b and shot the best round of my life (89). I ended up spending the next hour with the old guys talking about the gun. They were all shooting dedicated TRAP guns from Kohlar, Perazzi, Kreighoff, etc. and...

I'm looking for good specific spots/waypoints Brookings, SD.

All of us with bird dogs should converge on SD and hunt with Lucas and his girls. That would make a great video!

It should be illegal to upland hunt with an ugly gun! ;)

I'm looking for good specific spots/waypoints Brookings, SD.

I have hunted western KS for over 20 years (all private land) and it is not the place it used to be. In looking at travel, I just grabbed a couple random places from Columbia, SC and you are only looking at about a 2hr difference in going to Hays, KS vs Brookings, SD. You might shave off a bit...

It is fun to get out of the big stadiums, from time-to-time, and go watch smaller classification football. There are some really great teams to watch.

Goose, do you know what grade it is? Got any pictures? I have a 1905 12b and a 1944 16b. Both are lower grade guns, but I love shooting pheasants and ducks with them. the 16 is on the left and the 12 is on the right.

LC Smith is a great option as well. Pre-1913 graded gun is a sweet rig for certain.

    Rex Specs- Again

It’s not too late. It is super easy for them to get used to them. Mushers is the bomb. I love it for their pads.

My Whisky won’t upland hunt without them. I won’t subject him to seeds or scratched corneas ever again!

    New shotgun barrel length

I’m 6’3” and my youngest is 6’4” and we both prefer 30” tubes if at all possible. If shooting an O/U or SxS you can get them and feel better caring them in the field because you don’t have a ton of receiver, like in an auto, that adds even more length.

Funny you mention the wheat stubble because they cut it almost as high as the header will cut, just for the pheasant habitat. Again, they grow for seed and not just sending everything to the elevator. This is a really special family.
