    Thats always good a good area. A short drive east will put you into the heart of CREP area. Hunted that area a lot two years ago with good success.

    Sorry to hear that. A lot of times hayed or cut crp concentrates the birds to draws and fence lines making them easier to hunt. A pheasants home range is small.

    If you want to mix some history in it the Teddy Roosevelt in ND would be a good destination. Went there 1st week of Oct last year and while not crazy bird numbers there we did get into them and huns every day.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I did find ducks but no chuckar/pheasants. I do have my own pigeons but like to throw some chuckars in the mix as that is what they use in the test.
