Yeah it's been a very warm Fall here so far. The extended forecast is showing high temps around 70 all the way out around the 27th-28th in the SE part of the state. :(

Not sure about anywhere else, but the CO in ND made it clear that something like that didn't matter at all. He said that as soon as my wife was gone, her birds would be part of my possession limit and it didn't matter if they were labeled with her name, date harvested, license #, etc.

He's talking about sharptail grouse, and he's right that they're fairly easy to bring down. BB mentioned Hungarian Partridge being tough and he's right, they're tougher than sharpies even though they're about half the size.
