Serious question, why would you look for a spot to hunt, at 8:00 on opening morning on public land? Two hours either side of 8:00 is when you can find a place to hunt on public land on opening day.

I am curious. What is the expense that you reference here? The hunts that you refer to are not about a single demographic. I have taken many children out during the youth waterfowl and deer hunts when I lived in Michigan. They were some of the most enjoyable times that I spent in the field...

I am betting if you have your own possession limit and someone else's possession limit, you are in violation. Even is someone gifted them to you with a note. Otherwise, what's to keep someone from shooting several limits and gifting them to himself...with a note?
