I contemplated the CZ for a bit after handling it but it seems to be 50/50 on if you get a good one or not. Plus I'm a pretty big Browning fan boy haha

Not to rag on waterfowlers, but they definitely seem messier than upland guys. Whenever I've gone duck hunting with some buddies who are waterfowl only types, they always have a bag with snacks. Thanks all for the suggestions. I'll probably end up patterning a handful of shell brands this summer as well. I saw mostly 3" at my local Scheels when I ordered the gun so might have to go with 3s to start out and then order some 2.75s and do some patterning.
