I don’t have the one with the hood but for what you are wanting that is the route I would go. I love the none hooded version and actually bought them for christmas presents last year for my team.

Agree completely. Had you parked on the field access he would have bitched about you blocking the field. Best to handle just as you did and explain why you parked that way and continue on with your hunt. No upside to arguing but pretty sure if the Sherriff was to come out he would say you did...

Agree with all that. Also with using stripper heads instead of the traditional head at harvesting it becomes an awesome cover all through fall. With the warmer temps has been holding birds nicely. Tough to get close to them but it can be done.

I think you are correct that he was in SD. Rolled in to one of my spots one morning and someone had dumped mud. Made me think of goose.

Thank you to all the Veterans out there. Got to help Sunday again with the VFW decorated veterans hunt. Always one of the highlights of our trip to SD!

I would think at a minimum $50 a night per person for the housing. That is what we are paying and feel like it’s a good deal. If it went up 20% I would think it’s still a good deal. To be perfectly clear where we are staying is nothing special but it works of us very nicely.

Stuff like this used to bother me even though not on FB and never have been. Now I could care less what any one else does or thinks they are hunting. It’s me and my buddy and our dogs against the birds. We know what we are hunting and the experience is the key. Others can do as they please and...
