Not sure most would be the term but as with any demographic there is a wide range of different scenarios from true hobby farmers to full time farming and every arrangement in between.

Not sure I follow this? If not needed put it in a pocket and let it ride there. Also why would you have to look at it all the time? If the dog goes missing you use it. Other wise you don’t.

I’m a 14.5” guy. Typically don’t see the extreme temps when we are out there that I need to shorten up LOP do to clothes. If I was going to hunt this week I would likely grab one of my auto loaders that are a little shorter to help with that.
