To get into wild birds I have about a 16 hour drive one way. If I could supplement with a preserve at a rate of 4 Rooster for 100.00. I would do it period. I have hunted wild birds for 60 + years. I was hunting Roosters at 7 years old

I understand about a restaurant cooking a steak. I tend to buy a whole loin and have butcher cut steaks 1 1/4 to 1 1/2" thick. Then I cook them on the grill, exactly the way I like them cooked. Makes a huge difference. I don't have a supply of Elk though. Some do.
