Crazy. Saw one as a kid pheasant hunting in southern MN. It was up in a tree, climbed down and it and my springer passed each other in heavy brush less than 10 yards. Cattails can be a crazy though. Never know what’s in there. And I don’t even hunt where there is serious stuff like bears or lions.

Dogs are awesome but they are dogs. Crates are a good thing. Safer for dogs and for others in vehicle. Different strokes for different folks

Same. I got fans going and open all the windows in the summer. . Lots of water. If it’s real hot I just keep her in the house where it’s nice and cool

This is exactly what I have for my dog. Small run inside unheated garage with an insulated dog house I built on a raised platform, dog door that leads to a raised kennel run outside. Works good. Feel very comfortable with it
