This morning at Drummond Flats. The ninth time I've hunted there this year & the only time I have had a shot. I guess persistence pays off. Love it too much not to continue to go.

I personally do not hunt released birds but for those that do more power to ya. Now having said that, I frankly am tired of hearing A-5 and JCW denigrate those that hunt pen raised birds by calling them pseudo-roosters, and referring to your's as 'Close Nosed as if you're the superior hunters...

For several years I've hunted the Hays area w/good to great success. I think you will be surprised how much hard grain is grown there. Also, lots of walk in areas and Grouse are available. You won't be disappointed if you hunt that area.
