I can't say for the Fausti but I have owned two Fair 16's a 500 and 400. The 500 would need cleaned about every 500 rounds or it wouldn't switch barrels after the shot. It has 28-inch tubes. My grandson owns it now. He loves it. The 400 has a strait stock, shaved receiver with 26 inch tubes. It would be the last gun I would part with. Very nice balance. 5.5. lbs. Fit and finish is excellent. Thousands of rounds through it with no hiccups. Both have very nice wood.
