See a lot of young forest here. Plenty of quail in some of the thick short stuff although you're not supposed to hunt them there. Anybody have experience with ruffed grouse or woodcock there?

What's the population of upland birds like? Is there good quail and grouse hunting opportunities? I live in East Tennessee, if that helps.
