I always have a back up shotgun when I go hunting. A good friend was pheasant hunting with his relatives in North Dakota,his nephew's 870 Express 20 ga broke a firing pin.He loaned his nephew his back up shotgun so he could keep on hunting.

Farm land in the area that I own some property brings around $5000 to $6500. In the past 4 years Pheasants Forever has purchased around 1700 acres,which is a sore subject with farmers.
