Another thing to consider-i know its an advertisement but Ruffland (overpriced imo) has a commercial on how a box could save ur dog. You get into a rollover or rearended and ur dog could easily be tossed through a windshield. Dead.
Came across this and really like the looks of it. Anyone have one? Hows access to water bottles and loading? Every year my shoulders seem to get stiffer and the Rogers vest I have is getting near impossible to access. Would love to but cant justify the 350 dollar vests so exploring other options.
Ive noticed that my crispis make my feet feel like theyre wet, but when I take them off-bone dry on the inside. It must be how amputees claim to still feel their limbs. My feet were so used to being wet from wearing Danners, theyre feeling phantom wetness.
One I forgot to mention that is sweet but very tough to find is a Franchi 620 variopress. Had mine for 20 years and will use it for 20 more if Im able. It’s a very light 20 gauge. There was one in GB a few months ago Im kinda kicking myself for not grabbing.
You can get the older style Benelli ultralight for around a grand on gunbroker. If I was set on spending a grand, Id probably wait out a new old stock old model on Gunbroker.
If it was my money, and I wanted a 20 gauge, I would look at a Stoeger 3020 upland. Less than 600 buckd and weighs...
its been my experience that until you see if with your own eyes, you cant know whether to hunt it. I would just pick any area with the most concentrated amount of public and go from there
Antibiotic and a medical stapler. I should prob have a cable cutter, but no one is trapping so I just havent. Can you handle a 220 body grip by hand? You should look that up if you havent. I stapled my dog up 5 minutes before the opening day bell last year after I let her out to burn off steam...
Just picked it up from my ffl today after buying on gunbroker. Its a year 2000 model. I always text the safety out when I buy a gun and never had a failure til now. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. There appears to be a lot of slop or play in the safety front to back, not just sliding in...
