Not sure how many of you snow ski but they actually have a really big problem with this against trees and poles on the hills. People fall in the holes where there is no snow. This is called a tree well and if you fall in head first and nobody is there to help you you’re good as done.

I’ve stayed at quality inn and days inn and both are dog friendly. They didn’t have cleaning stations but I’ve cleaned birds at their dump bins without problems.
One thing I will say. When it comes to WPA and GPA they will probably be around if my kids decide to hunt. CREPs and WIA aren’t always guaranteed. So I’m a big fan of GPA and WPA but I’m grateful for all public land opportunities.
