When do we start the push for change?

Ok whatever. Everybody on here has read what you have said and know where you stand. I'm done.

When do we start the push for change?

Lol. All you do is bitch about out of state deer hunters. No landowner owes you as a resident any more access than a non resident. I hadn't been on here in forever because of guys like you, but I am surprised that you weren't talking about the snow killing all the pheasants. I am pretty sure one...

When do we start the push for change?

If you noticed it's the same few posters bashing NRs and WIHA habitat. I don't think some are smart enough to realize that not all WIHA is for upland. They hunt waterfowl on wheat fields, call predators, hunt mule deer which live in wide open pastures as well as upland. They also don't realize...

    This should help expand CRP

It is a lot better to quit posting then get myself riled up. I know lot's of farmers all across the state, and I don't know very many who don't value wildlife. However they have to do what they need to so they can stay competitive. We don't farm to make the land we control good for someone we...

I am not sure about the program now, but it used to be you just had to own it prior to enrolling. We have a lot in crp. We did have over 700 acres but I haven't been renewing it when it came out since they cut the payments. These acres were all upland bird buffers and filter strips. I would say...

    This should help expand CRP

I just bought 245 acres that are all tillable in Ness County a couple months ago. Depending on how much rates go up I may put it in.

Corn breaking 6 dollars for sure isn't a problem for me. Lol. Actually I sold some for 6.70. Beans are close to 16.

Kansas Trespassing Fee for Private Land

There are birds in Ness County and I did better than anytime since the drought. https://www.facebook.com/groups/698154337004275/permalink/1956465941173102/

Actually he called me a liar when I posted the amount of acres I farm. He said nobody with that much ground would be wasting time on here. I challenge any of you to post one thing he ever said good about bird or deer numbers. You won't because he hasn't. All he does is try and keep people at home.

Kansas Trespassing Fee for Private Land

That wasn't a personal attack on you. Calling me a liar when I told you what I farm is. You still haven't admitted you were wrong. Not that I care, the only reason I said anything is to try and qualify that I knew what I was talking about when it comes to farm programs. Also I can't have a lot...

Kansas Trespassing Fee for Private Land

Like it or not that's how politics work. Hunters arent the majority. There are more voters interested in the business and money out of state hunters bring than hunters that vote. It will be reflected in the laws. As far as what westkansaswannabebowhunter said, the locals will spend money in...

I don't have a problem with you hunting. Actually I let lots of people hunt. I don't however feel I owe that right to anybody. I can lease it to out of staters, let locals hunt for free or tell everyone to stay the hell out. When you own it that's how it works at least for now.
