Those western Rattlers are tough but nothing like six foot diamond back in South Georgia. Had a relative and friend that lost two pointers. Chances are if hit by one of them they probably would not survive it. That’s why I don’t bird hunt down there unless it’s a good cold snap.

I talked with a great rancher In thesouthwest. He said things were looking great. Also spoke with a great guy. An upland biologist. He said the pheasants were up, Huns about the same, Sharptails down a hair. I said well last year we saw hundreds of them so I don’t think they are hurt to bad...

Good morning folks. I saw where the crowing counts were the highest in the southwest since 2016. A rancher friend of mine said things were looking real good. Does anyone have any information about the hatch? It would be interesting to hear thank you all for any infomation

Guys getting deep into August. Anyone got any info for the Southwest portion of ND?I am out there every fall but haven’t heard much about our birds as of late.
