The move is finally over!

Well it's official, I have finally finished the move from the TX Panhandle to Montgomery, TX. We're in an area called Walden on Lake Conroe and our home is about a block from the lake. My two GSP's Jax & Duke are not liking the heat index of south Texas (neither am I) but we will adjust as we need to. There are a few private hunting areas that we're going to check out this fall. If any members live close, give me a shout and we can meet up sometime.

We retired and are moving from interior Alaska to western Montana.
Alaska house goes on the market next week.
Spent most of the summer 12 hour days, 7 days a week painting, installing new flooring, new trim etc. working on 3 buildings.
A once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. . .

Yep; I understand. I’m closing on my Panhandle home next week; so, that chapter will be closed. Good luck with your move.

Have dreaded moving all my life! Have at least one more to do. If I were choosing, it would be deep in pheasant country. However, 4 grandchildren near where we are now may get me trumped!
