Was this last storm that went through a pheasant killer?

Not in north central SD. North Dakota got the brunt of that storm, some in northeast SD.

As long as it wasn't a "drier" type snow that blows w/major drifting and sub-zero temps things should be okay.:thumbsup:

There was 8-12 inches in parts of ND pheasant Country. Before this storm the ground was bare with good weather. The pheasant are well feed before the snow. April sun quickly is adding bare ground.
No nesting yet, no problem for the pheasants. :thumbsup:

It snowed but not so you could tell it. Been a very open winter here in south central SD--but we do need some moisture.
