SD Opener Report

Hunted the last 4 days with a group of 17-7 guys and 4-6 dogs and had outstanding luck!. We hunted a different farm each day and all private ground and wild birds. The first 2 days we were done by 3, but had larger groups able to push slew grass, row crops and tree belts very well, the last 2 days we had fewer guys and had to work a little harder but we still were done by 4pm. In my opinion, if the bird number are down it's only slightly, we took very few young birds and saw many, many hens. But then again I said last year.... if it's only half as good next year it'll still be awesome!

The 2 youngest boys in the pictures are my sons, they go into the feild with me evey chance they get and are NOT happy when they get left home!

Great Tradition. Excellent to see you getting the youngsters out with you. We need as much of that as we can get!!!!!! The Pics are great also.:thumbsup:
