Rosebud Indian Reservation

I am looking for some input from anyone that has done any pheasant hunting on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. We have been hunting Lower Brule for the last 6 years but licenses have gone up significantly so we are considering going somewhere else. I realize a guide is required. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, John

i only know of people that went there to turkey hunt but they said its not really a big secret & that the res plus guide fee is kinda spendy??? they didnt mention how much & i didnt ask i dont use guides so i didnt ask???

i know they said it was crazy the amount of other hunters they saw? they were expecting not to see many hunters as they were on the res but that was not the case??? they did not like it very much but maybe not many people go that route for pheasants??? i know they do a lot of deer & prairie grouse hunting out of the rosebud...

id assume u could get the guide info on the res web site??? & then ask them what to expect & so on i would for sure!!!???
