Not trying to sound smart here but if you bought them at Goodwill had to be pretty cheap price wise, does it matter how good they are? Wear them 2-3 times on a all day hunt west of Desoto and you probably got your $$, use them as a back up pair for when you rip your Filson's on a barb wire fence.
I am actually jealous of your find, never seem to be that lucky going to Goodwill...good job.
