North Dakota CRP in 2007

Looks like ND is due to have one-third of its total enrolled CRP land expiring this September-one million acres out of 3.3 million. Has any one been monitoring the situation? Is the state preparing to help out the landowners? Anyone from ND have information?

I am looking for information on available lands in ND that a non resident can access. Are there any quality lands open to the public, or is most of the quality hunting tied up on private ground. Any ideas on how to plan a hunt would be welcome.
