New from NY

I am new to this forum but have been on Waterfowl and dog training forums for years. I Currently have retrievers that we take annually to South Dakota to hunt pheasants and sharp tails. I have hunted over pointers and I am planning on adding a GSP to my kennels. I have run and judged in retriever FT's in both Canada and the US since the 1980's. I have trained my dogs to the qual / AA level but have utilized a pro the last 10 years for my AA dogs. I have always kept one or two at home that are my primary hunting dogs. Upland hunting has been terrible in NY since the 1960's, but I do belong to the CNY chapters of both PF and DU which hopefully will improve the situation a little.

Just wanted to say hello and a little about myself

Welcome to the site Glynn! We used to hunt wild pheasants in the Finger Lakes Region up until recently. Once in a while we still try to get up there. Fell free to join in on the Pa. Forum.
