Drove 2 hours for last nm hunt yesterday and this happens 45 minutes in…. One more lesson for the pup this year.

Nice day for training. I start with the big dog in the crate. Pup walks out with me while I plant 4 new blinds at 250-300 yards. Pup gets 3 retrieves during the puppy walk. Then pup is crated and big dog runs the 4 cold blinds. Then both pup and older lab get to run around while I pick up any blind flagging tape. I consider leaving flagging tape disrespectful on public land.

That's my wire pup. I guess not a pup now, she'll be 2 in May.

She appears stoutly built and I mean that in a good way..like when your mom would say "They are big boned".
