Well the Big Mega Storm hit MN (kind off), but absolutely nailed North Dakota.
The winter was rather tame if not down right mild until December 24th. Then it became bad with 12 - 24 inches of snow over much of North Dakota. High winds blew snow into much of the better sloughs, creeks, and shelter belts.
They did OK last winter which was really bad. Too early to tell if UGLY is on its way yet. Let's hope for a gentle January - March.
