Catfish rolled in cornmeal flour mix from an egg milk bath. Rolled twice. Cold Coors light and some fried tators and onions. No wait that's what I am having for supper and tonight.
Catfish when I was down south; they don't taste as good up here in WA state. Walleye top my list, followed by perch, the occasional high country pan-fried small trout when camping back home in Montana, beer-battered cod, and smoked salmon.
