Experienced Upland Bird Guide Needed

Waterfowl Guide @ Milton Reservoir
Haven Sporting Club is seeking experienced waterfowl guides needed for 2200 private acre hunting preserve and corporate retreat nestled 40 minutes north of Denver, at Milton Reservoir.
Role and Responsibilities
Haven Sporting Club is currently seeking Hunting Guides to join current guide team members and lead guided hunts on the ranch Sept 1 – Feb 15. The guides are responsible for reading and calling the birds in for clients. Hunting Guides ensure clients enjoy an entertaining, successful, well-coordinated and worry-free stay.

Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
•Predator control when needed
•Prepare and maintain supplies required for hunts
•Maintain hunting blinds
•Perform guided hunts and retrieval of harvested animals
•Assist with hunter/guest/customer relations
•Assist in the coordination of meals for guests
Additional tasks include scheduling and pre-arrival and departing preparations, coordinating with hunting guide team/other members and other responsibilities pertaining to guests’ time on the property.
Minimum Requirements:
•High School/GED
•Three years of experience in guided waterfowl hunting.
•Must be at least 22 years old;
•Personable and capable of interacting positively with guests and staff;
•Ability to work independently with little supervision;
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
•Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements daily – frequently mobile across property and normal to rough outdoor terrain;
•Available to work as a full-time employee;
•Availability needed for days/nights and weekdays/weekends – ability to work irregular hours;
•Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements:
•This position requires the employee to communicate clearly and concisely. Applicants must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing, and lifting at least 75 pounds. Ability to drive a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license; must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Three + years duck, goose (upland game is a plus)
•Prior experience working on a ranch or farm and around wild animals and/or livestock.
•Ability to communicate clearly in both verbally and written form
•Detail oriented self-starter
•Strong desire for continued growth and learning
•Ability to become CPR and First aid certified
•While the ideal candidate would possess all the ground experience, Haven Sporting Club values good energy, open-mindedness and work ethic.
•Must have hunting dog and vehicle
• First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate

I'm sure it's too late, but I have every qualification on this list except for the waterfowl guide experience and my own dog..
