I have the general MT Elk license. I applied for one of the special permit areas.
620-20 and got the either sex rifle hunt.
6% draw odds, and only 60 permits. Many apply for this and won't draw in a lifetime. I sure didn't think I as a NR would ever draw. I had 8 bonus points.

I had permit in 621 a few years ago. Unfortunately, water levels were low and temps were high all season.
