Day Old Chick Program

Can anyone tell me how to get the release location of groups that participate in the day old chick program? Also what are the rules for hunting places that birds have been released on?
 
I'd check the DNR web sites. There is, or was, a map with the sites that DNR raises pheasants (Poynette?) and one of the locations of the areas in which pheasants are dropped off during the season...at least until Deer season starts.

Next would be to contact, and maybe join, Pheasants Forever and work with them and their programs. I was a member for two years and did not get much from it, but I'm not much for raffles and the local chapter here did not have any meetings...at least none of which I was made aware. Your experience may be different.
