im planning a trip around opening weekend and i seen on my local new that iowa/nebraska dnr is going to allow both neb/iowa residents to hunt both states without buying an out of state permit. has anybody in neb. heard this? also where is some good spots in the eastern part of the state to take ringnecks and quail? is there good chunks of public land in nebraska? iowa bird numbers are way down again this year and i need to shoot some birds, my brittany is giving me that evil look!
