Made my rounds of calls in the oil and gas market and went from SW area all they way to Colby. Last year did not see too many so my expectations were about the same. What I saw was a little bit of a surprise as I did see quite a few. Nothing like 5 years ago but it looks like a small recovery has taken place. The Garden and Dodge City area cover looked very good as well as any irragation fields. I did see on cut bean field next to a crp plot that had about 40 birds in it so that was exciting. Only large group I saw in my week of travels, mostly just one here one there.
