I hope so too... it looks like it's not though under their primary counties.... so hopefully if it overflows to the secondary they'll fill up the program. :thumbsup:

Wow....the way I read this is the "Primary" counties are sitting on their thumbs and the "Secondary" counties are the ones that actually want to try to be a solution. I say quit screwing around and give the 20k acres to the secondary counties....esp the secondary county where I reside.

That's what I was thinking too. Maybe after the secondary county's eat the remaining availability up there can be another round of this. Great program that needs to expand.
